You will be contacted by e-mail with a Fedex tracking number when your order leaves our distribution center.
Please note: a customer signature is required for Basic and Priority deliveries, gift card orders and all shipments over $500.
Please note that items are not guaranteed in stock as orders can be filled from multiple locations. If we are unable to complete your order, you will be notified via email within 5 business days.
International Shipping
We currently ship to eighty-nine countries. Select your destination country from the International Shipping dropdown, located on the Barneys Cart page.
Shipping Addresses
We cannot ship to Post Office Boxes. We cannot ship to US territories including American Samoa, Baker Island, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Howland Island, Jarvis Island, Johnston Atoll, Kingman Reef, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, Midway Islands, Navassa Island, Palmyra Atoll, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and Wake Island.
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final on BarneysWarehouse.com. We are not accepting returns or exchanges at this time.

Purple Card
Present your receipts to customer service to receive your gift card. Spending can be accumulated from Thursday, May 2nd thru Sunday, May 5th 2013. Receipts from multiple customers may not be combined. No adjustments to prior purchases. Valid on US purchases only. Spending excludes sales tax, delivery, alterations, repairs, gift card purchases, Freds, Barney Greengrass, Studio Services and previous special orders. Barneys New York reserves the right to revoke gift card if merchandise is returned. Gift card is redeemable for merchandise only Monday, May 20th thru Wednesday, June 26th 2013 and cannot be applied to your Barneys New York credit account, purchase of another gift card, purchases at Freds or Barneys Greengrass.
