BarneysWarehouse.com currently offers 3 shipping methods from our New York Metro fulfillment center.
Delivery occurs in 3 to 6 business days after processing begins, pending availability and credit card verification. Processing may take up to 48 hours depending on when the order was placed.
Ground delivery to Hawaii and parts of Alaska may take more than 7 business days. You may choose to select Two Business Day or Next Business Day services for expedited delivery.
At this time we do not offer Saturday delivery.
Two Business Day
Delivery occurs in 2 to 3 business days after processing begins, pending availability and credit card verification.
Next Business Day
Delivery occurs the next business day (excluding holidays) if placed by 12PM ET, pending availability and credit card verification.
Next Business Day and Two Business Day orders are given top priority.
For Next Business Day shipments:
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 12PM ET will begin processing that day (excluding holidays).
Orders placed after 12PM ET will begin processing the next business day (excluding holidays).
Orders placed after 12PM ET on Friday will begin processing the following Monday (excluding holidays).
Barneys Warehouse will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not available at the time of order processing.
You will not be charged for any item until it has shipped from our distribution center.
You will be contacted by e-mail with a Fedex tracking number when your order leaves our distribution center.
Please note: a customer signature is required for Two Business Day and Next Business Day deliveries, gift card orders and all shipments over $500.
Please note that items are not guaranteed in stock due to orders being filled from multiple locations. If we are unable to complete your order, you will be notified via email within 5 business days. Beauty Gifts With Purchase offers valid on U.S. orders only.
The merchandise in our warehouse sale is first quality however; the merchandise and packaging may not be in its original condition.
We cannot ship to Post Office Boxes. We cannot ship to US territories including American Samoa, Baker Island, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Howland Island, Jarvis Island, Johnston Atoll, Kingman Reef, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, Midway Islands, Navassa Island, Palmyra Atoll, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and Wake Island.
Returns are currently accepted within 30 days of purchase on men’s and women’s clothing, with the exception of clothing items purchased on clearance and all swimwear.
You may return the eligible item(s) for a return fee of $9.95 which will be deducted from your original form of payment once the returned products have been received and processed.
Return the item in the original condition, with tickets attached, for a refund to the original form of payment.
Returns are only accepted on orders placed in the United States.
With the exception of eligible men’s and women’s clothing, all other items purchased on BarneysWarehouse.com are considered final. No exchanges or refunds will be accepted on these items.
Items purchased on BarneysWarehouse.com can be returned to a Barneys Warehouse store location. Items cannot be returned to Barneys New York store locations.
To request a return, please email the Barneys Warehouse returns team at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the style number(s) of the items you are interested in returning.
You will be emailed a pre-paid shipping label from FedEx.
Complete the return form on the back of your pack slip and include it with your merchandise. Simply affix the pre-paid return label to the outside of the package. Please retain a record of the return tracking number for future reference.
You may use the original packaging, however, be sure to black out or cover any additional ship labels that may be on your return package.
Your return package can be dropped off at any US Post Office or FedEx location, dropped in any USPS collection box, or given to your USPS carrier.
An email notification will be sent once your return has been processed. Return processing may take up to 7-10 business days upon receipt of package.
To return your item(s), bring the return form on the back of your pack slip with your merchandise to the nearest Barneys Warehouse store location. The store will need to reference the order number and style number(s) to process your return.
